FOR LEASE (POSSIBLE SALE) in BEENAK, Victoria for sale

For firm 12month Lease/or Sale:
Bro is a 17.1hh, bay, Standardbred (don't let it phase you) gelding. He's rising 9.
I'm putting Bro up for lease/sale because Im going overseas for a year and he needs someone to look after him and keep him in work.
The lease will have a contract and Bro will have to stay on his agistment property in Wandin North, but can be moved in the surrounding area. He will also have regular check ups and visits.
Bro, is a strong, bold, capable horse.
He is an eventer in the making, he is currently getting taught dressage, and holds himself in a frame in the walk and trot, Bro canters and gallops.
Bro is a bold XC horse, gliding over grade 2 without fault, he rarely stops at anything, Bro does 75-80cm showjumping courses with ease, he is currently being schooled at85-90cm and has jumped 1 metre, and has brought a ribbon home in most jumping and dressage competitions. Bro is perfect to trail ride, alone or in company.
Bro has been to PonyClub, Indoor Freshmans, Group trail rides, Showjumping Competitons, Cockatoo Jump Trials, dressage comps, shows and so much more, he is just ready to show you the ropes and get out there!
He is barefoot, with perfect feet, he catches you in the paddock, floats like he isn't even there, worms easy.
He's a genuine horse, catch him in the paddock with rugs on and hop on, go for a trail down the road, hand on the buckle; clip him during winter, no worries; he doesn't mind being plaited up and washed, he's friendly to both horses and people; perfect around children, there's a 4year old who gives him cuddles. Bro is sound, he's never been lame with me.
Bro is a forward moving horse, and isn't always 'perfect' so he isn't for the faint hearted. He needs a capable rider that isn't afraid of his height and stregnth. He needs a tall, strong teenage rider, or young adult to lease him, as I really want someone to ride and compete him, and really get the most out of what he has to offer. It is also preferable that they have pre-horse ownership experience. Not suitable for people wanting to come back into riding, or lacking in confidence.
